A passion for accessible care and the people who deliver it.

We founded Trova because the gap between people who need care and the professionals who can provide it wasn’t a geography problem, it was an infrastructure problem. The tools, networks, and platforms that existed were built for local markets, local currencies, and local regulations. None of them were built for the world.

But we also noticed something else: the platforms that did exist were built to extract from providers. They took a cut, controlled the relationship, and treated practitioners as a resource to be monetised rather than professionals to be supported.

We wanted to build something different. A platform that gives to providers tools, community, education, and opportunity, rather than just taking from them. And a platform that gives organisations the infrastructure to deliver care globally without the operational complexity that stops most of them from trying.

What guides everything we build.

These aren’t aspirational statements. They’re the principles that shape how we build the platform, how we treat our providers, and how we show up for our partners.

Quality care should not be determined by geography, language, or circumstance. Every decision we make is tested against this, does it expand access, or limit it?

Practitioners and coaches are not a resource to be monetised. They are professionals to be supported. Trova is built to invest in the people who deliver care and not extract from them.

Every member of the Trova network is verified. We hold our community to a high standard because quality and trust are what make this network valuable to everyone in it.

We say what we mean and build what we promise. Open and honest communication — with providers, with partners, and with each other, is how we earn and maintain trust.

Health and wellness is deeply human work. We take time to listen to providers, to partners, and to the people they serve. Empathy isn’t a value we aspire to. It’s how we operate.

We embrace challenges, execute with care, and show up fully even when things are hard. We try, we fail, we learn, and we keep building toward something worth building.
